  Form must be duplexed to be legal. An I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form must be completed and signed by the appropriate individual verifying the documentation was reviewed within 72 hours of employment or employee must terminate immediately. Two (2) copies of identification used for verification must be included. Section 2 of the I-9 Form must be filled out entirely and completed in the County office.
